Google account email and user ID, obtained when you sign in with Google.

YouTube caption / transcript text that you choose to send for translation and morphology.

Watch-time and daily subtitle-usage counters linked to your K-Tutor account.

A sign-in token stored locally in the extension so our servers can authorize requests.

Authenticate you and check that your account exists in K-Tutor (CRM).

Generate Korean–Russian bilingual subtitles and word translations.

Apply daily usage limits and show remaining quota in the extension popup.

Improve reliability and diagnose errors.

Account data is kept until you delete your K-Tutor account, then destroyed, except where law requires a longer period.

Caption text is processed to produce subtitles; cached results may be stored with Google, associated with your account and video ID.

The sign-in token is stored on your device until you sign out or the token expires.

We do not sell your data.

Transcript text is sent to our servers and may be sent to Google solely to generate the translations and linguistic analysis you requested.

Google processes sign-in and infrastructure. We do not send extension caption data to our payment processor.

The extension runs on YouTube watch pages to show the overlay and read captions you process.

It contacts only our K-Tutor API.

clipboardWrite is used when you copy a transcript. identity is used for Google sign-in. storage holds settings and the auth token.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time.

Email the Data Protection Officer below. You can also sign out in the extension popup to remove the local token.
