Digital Content Service Information

This service provides digital content. Refunds may be restricted in accordance with the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Refund Period

A full refund is possible within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not been used.

No refunds if more than 30 minutes of the purchased package have been used.

    If your account is suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service

Applicable Laws

This refund policy is governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., and the Content Industry Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea.

Effective from April 1, 2026.
