Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern the use of the K-Tutor service operated by 케이네비 (Company).

K-Tutor is an AI-based digital education service for learning the Korean language.

The service consists of voice sessions (speaking practice with an AI tutor).

Registration via email verification is required to use the service.

Individuals under 14 years of age cannot use the service.

To use paid services, the specified amount must be paid in advance.

Payments are processed through Toss Payments.

Refund policies are subject to a separate refund policy.

Unauthorized use of others' accounts or fraudulent use of the service is prohibited.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of service content is prohibited.

The company may change or temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons.

Notice will be provided 30 days prior to service termination.

The company is not liable for service failures caused by force majeure.

The company is not liable for damages caused by the user's fault.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes shall be resolved in the court with jurisdiction over the company's location.
